Putting mung beans to good use

i got a packet that you sprout and eat the sprouts but i dont like the taste, could i use them as normal beans or as a green manure? any suggestions

Depends whether you eat them or use them as manure!

I sprout them, eat them (delicious!) and then, er, enter the "too much information" zone!
