i have had my tree for 5years NOflowers no fruit nothing any advice please

HI hargrave welcome to the site
sharron fruit or perrsimon tree as it is sometimes
called can take 8 years to mature,needs atleast 3
months of very hot weather [30 cent] and do not
over water keep it dry
