Salvaged the chutneys! Reheated the chutney, washed and resteralized the jars, and re filled with the chutney! :D. I'm hoping it's ok.  Thanks for your help in saving it :nowink:

well done MD! Think I might do the same with my courgette chutney - because I have opened one jar and it just isn't hot enough for my taste - so will spice it up a bit. Yummm.
small, Welsh and almost certainly bonkers, but can be tamed with Talisker, if required
