There's less than 3 weeks to go! I know we've some wonderful cooks in here and, surely, some of you must do that same as me - one for now and three for the freezer if you're using the oven to cut down on cooking costs. For example, when I'm making Shepherds' pie I use tomatoes, carrots and onions in with the lamb mince and the "less than perfect" spuds for the mash. They're getting peeled and chopped so I can cut around any holes, forked bits and splits. I make four, 1 for dinner, 1 for Dad (it gets split into 2 when cooked and then frozen) and 2 frozen ones for us. So get your thinking caps on!
