As I am back (as Arnie would say!)
Here's a dead easy new one, it looks fantastic, and will make some good pressies.
Take a large kilner jar,
and some thin skinned lemons, wash them and then spear and put some cloves into them, (whatever you think looks good, I put about 12 cloves in each).
Pack the lemons into the kilner jar and then top with olive oil, choose whichever oil is your favourite, I like mild and light. (you can use corn oil, if desired).
Leave them for at least a month. You can then use them for anything eg: put one inside a chicken when you are roasting it. Use with fish, put one into your casseroles, jerks, or anything else that comes to mind. Use the oil for your salads, coating veg, fish or anything else.
When they are in the kilners they look absolutely fab, so I am going to do one for myself !!!!!!!!
