Lou-Lou is a boy
« on: October 27, 2009, 21:16 »

He crowed this morning :(  and i'm furious as i think the breeder must have known [i know Silkies are hard to sex]. I am going to try rehoming him but probably wont have much luck, sooo what are my chances of letting him live with the others in the garden ,1100 square metres. I've got Little Danny and Kofi who are bantam boys, LD being king of the castle. Can it work, do i let them sort out who is top dog . Iknow some of you have multiple cockerals but have you introduced them at the 'teenage - raging hormone stage' ? :(
We have 17 chickens, 3 quail, 2 dogs, 3 cats and that's enough (for this week)

The breeder should reimburse you if he sold Lou Lou as a hen.

Integrating Louis??? - you'll have to try and see
