Pea Beans?

We where given some peabean seeds this year which we grew with great success can anyone tell me what is the best way to dry them for use later in the year.

Airing cupboard until when you bits them it leaves no indent.

Pea beans are also called yin yang beans.

Thanks havant got an airing cupboard so shall try putting them in conservatory on a tray
peabeans can be eaten in their early stages like mange tout, grown on to then be eaten like runners or left to dry in their pods, picked dried and then used in the winter months in stews & casseroles.
