I'm actually looking forward to winter and a chance to get ahead of the weeds for the first time this season!
I also want to dig over and feed the rest of my plot...I got it last November and decided to cultivate it bed by bed rather than all in one go as I didn't want to 'burn out' or wreck my back after years  of avoiding exercise.
I love being outdoors when the air is frosty...last year I was building compost bins in the snow! but I don't generally garden in heavy rain or extreme wind that's when I sit and plan...
