I've had a bumper crop of French climbing beans (Blauhilde, the purple ones) and we've run out of space to freeze them. There are still loads left, will they do for haricots if I leave them to grow on and dry?

Can't see why not. John packs his shelled runner beans fresh into freezer bags to later add to stews and such. Dried wouldn't be much different (other than the soaking)
