transplanting stuff

Amate of mine has given his plot up and taken one closer to my as he was the other end of the site 7.5 acres and we are not sure if things will transplant or not he has broccoli, lettuce,cabbage and someting else that he want to move is it possible or not worth the time.

be very surprised if you can transplant these unless they are very small, in which case he might as well re-sow. The "something else" might work  ;)

Agree with pushrod, if its large/mature veg plants, then forget transplanting - the root systems are too large. What they'll suffer in transplant shock just won't be worth the effort. Might as well harvest what he can and start a new compost bin with the cleanings.
