Ants
« on: September 04, 2009, 21:35 »
Have been clearing the garden for growing stuff - its actually quite deep soil so we are going to go for a dug in bed rather than a raised one

we have an ants nest

can i leave it alone or will they destroy everything?  if i cant leave it alone...  are their organic ways to destroy them?

They can also be a pain. Quite a few times i have dug up some sickly, under performing plant only to find a colony of red ants under it. I usually pour boiling water on them.
All these moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain.

Feeb, as you can see there are differing views on ants  ::)

Try a search of the forum and you'll find even more views!!!  :D
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...
