space in polytunnel

Hi, I have now got a space just over 1m square. Any suggestions on what I could put in there now.

Carrots or spring onions or dwarf beans or beetroot.

Thanks, I like the idea of carrots and beans. could I stick in a couple of potatos too? I don't see why not (sorry just thinking aloud)
