I used to work with engineers when I was done south, and I was always VERY shy, well I still am, but you have to learn to hide it well and even go one better, otherwise, they do make your life hell!

But I've done such a good job of it, that I still sometimes come across as a bit bolshy and feminist.  I know that's not the word I want, but brain's gone blank again!!!

I'm not really like that, would love to find a nice man that wouldn't talk like I've just crawled out from under a stone and one that actually listens to what you say rather than waits for a few days then comes out with the same subject but thinking its his idea!!!! lol

Mind you, I've tried subliminal messaging when he's asleep, but it never works then!!!!  :twisted:  :twisted:

it's the subliminal messaging that comes out a few days later    I find it's the best way to get what you want; manipulate things until you get what you want but in such a way that he thinks it's his idea; everybody's happy

I phoned the woman who called on her land line and her mobile and left a message, but haven't heard anything.  I've told OH he's got to call them next as it was him who mucked it up, but if not, then I'll contact our nearest battery hen farm or there's a free range farm not far from here.  to see if they will sell us some chooks before they get sent to chook heaven!

I know free range hens have a better life than battery ones, but it still only lasts 72 weeks!!!!
