I've grown sorrel successfully this year, and am now wondering quite what to do with it all. We've eaten the young leaves raw with salads and I know you can make a sauce to go with fish which I have yet to try. I'd also like to freeze it as I think it would taste really good in the depths of winter.

Anybody with any good recipes out there?
