I kep finding small grey coloured slugs in various places around the allotment especially among the radishes and cauliflowers, any ideas how to get rid of them?

A lot of us use slug pellets   i'll wait for someone else to supply the non chemical traps and things

take a sharp knife and cut them in half, hahahahahaha,


or


try beers traps , bury a jar or container upto 1/2 inch of the rim , fill with the cheaper beer or lager, what a way to go , drownding in a beer bath

I put seaweed whole and granules around plants when established or turn into soil before planting. Natural salts from sea do help.

I'm new to all this and I read about Nemaslug, so i tried it, it works brilliantly, but only for six weeks.  I have noticed the slugs are making a come-back slowly, but I reckon it was worth the £8 as I got a good crop of everything slug free.
