[Kate and her Ducks]

I made the courgette cake from the recipe list for my very important visitor today. Adapted it a little as I didn't have cream cheese for the filling so made a lime drizzle topping instead and it was fab! Best way I have found of coping with the glut (not that the Healthy Living Forum would approve!)!
