Chempak No 2 is high in nitogen as well as containing 7 other vital trace elements,at least thats what it says on the carton.

if you get a result your happy with fair enough, and no need to change feeds.

I'm hoping that nitrogen works for my cucs because they're doing naff ... if not then I'll probably be compelled to hunt you and Medwyn to the ends of the earth for posting bad advice :|

On this subject, I give my cucumbers Miracle Grow every 2 weeks, but was thinking of adding "Blood, fish and bone" also. Would that be overkill on the feeding front?

The ones which have had tomato food are doing brilliant  :D

Well, so far it's 50/50, one of my poorly cucs has given up the ghost and the other has started to recover ... so it looks like I'll just have to hunt one of you down, and Medwyn's probably a tad easier to find ;)

 Think I shall start to use a balanced fertiliser - Chempack 3, or Miracle Grow.  That will give both nitrogen and potash! ;)
