I can't tell you the story here , maybe somewhere else cos I might get in trouble with aunty, suffice to say we fell about laughing...

But it  in my defence ( your honour) it was a tip from here to activate the compost

I just got this hilarious mental picture of t'other half nonchalantly "watering" the compost bin.... "Evenin' dear, just fertilising the garden....!"  but it was Snippy's terminology that really cracked me up!  Ahhh dear....pmp

He actually did it when I was in bed. He told me about it the next morning, didn't think anything of it...

What was funny and had us seriously falling about laughing is, I saw this pile of bricks next to it a few days later..so I said to himself,

"what are those bricks doing by the compo bin?"
