HELP... My runner bean leaves have gone yellow, im watering, whats happened, should i abandon hope? and the plants are only half way up the sticks and they are flowering.

Well you're not far from me & the weather the last week or so should be suiting them.  They must have been out a bit early if they're half way up the sticks, it's only just picked up enough to have them out really ?  Were they sown in the ground or pot grown....and ....you're not overwatering them are you ?  First port of call in any 'yellowing' is to get some Seaweed solution on them, preferably in a spray....but not when it's Sunny.  There is, I think a yellow leaved variety on the market, but I guess you'd know if you had them ?
......straight lines are for tidy minded people.....

I put mine out and we had a couple of nights when it dropped to 2 degrees. They are dead, deceased, no-more. The only reason they're on the pole is that they're nailed to it! Sowed some more - not too late.

I've noticed everyones beans look a little yellow this year but they will green up in a few more warm  :D  days
