A while ago a member on one of the forum boards mentioned that Derris Powder is now illegal to use. I have seen this product today in either poundland or the 99p store.
 If its illegal why are they still selling it. Have they modified the product so its now a derris substitute, like they did with creosote? Although the word substitute is not on the labelling.

I think it was made illigal to sell after October 2008 and illigal to store or use after October 2009. Dates may be wrong but it should not be on sale.

Report it to your local trading standards office.
