Before you lose your tempers, i just wanted to know what spring greens that can be purchased from the superstore are exactly. I mean i'm growing some broccoli and cabbage in my back yard and am still very much a newbie to this hobbie. I noticed that they're leaves look the same as the spring greens in the packet? any help???

They are just spring cabbage picked before they heart up (I think there are also varieties specially bred that never heart, as well )
