Evening one and all

I have a question regarding growing runners and sweet peas. I read the article from Munty, which I am very interested in attempting (this is my 1st year growing).

My question is; could I grow runners and sweet peas on the same trellis? or would i get cross pollination (Sweet Beans and Runner Peas )?

You only need to worry about cross-pollination if you're going to keep the seeds for next year - I've never had a problem but then again I've never saved seed

Don't think that peas and beans can cross pollinate.
The sweet peas are just to attract the bees

Im going to grow runner beans and sweet peas on the same trellis this year.  Grew far too many beans last year, so thought the sweet peas would be a lovely way of getting some cut  flowers, so as far as I am aware there would be no probs
