hi, i've just made gingerbread people with my daughter for the first time and we have too much dough. Does anyone know if I can freeze the dough? many thanks, emma

You can freeze a lot of biscuit doughs (there are a lot of different types of gingerbread, so it's not 100% certain, but probably OK); the hard sorts you can roll out also keep well for several days in the fridge - roll it into a sausage or a ball, wrap tightly in clingfilm, then either fridge or freeze.
