Hi, I am growing some potatoes in some potato bags on my patio, just wondering as several people have mentioned they are quite hungry..  when and what do you feed them with??

according to Johns book, feed after about a month (when established) with fish blood and bone

how do you know when they are established??

I assume that a potato bag is a large pot/tub shaped thing.
When I earth mine up I simply add some chicken poo pellets.
Makes it easy to remember as all I have to do is decide when they are big enough to need earthing up.
