Duck quacks.
« on: April 22, 2009, 18:43 »
My ducklings are now just over 2 weeks old and I swear one of their voices has started to change! There is definately one ducky vioce begining to emerge amongst the duckling whistling and peeping. Sounds more girl than boy (mostly wishful thinking that though!).

The books say voices don't really change till about 8 weeks although I have heard of people saying they can tell earlier but 2 weeks!?!?!?!

So Duck Folk, when' the earliest you have heard thier voices break?
Be like a duck. Calm on the surface but always paddling like the dickens underneath.

I think it was 3/4 week time last year Kate ???

I seem to remember the girlies started before the boys with the Call's but they're noisy monkeys anyway
