I think it s a balance between the extra light in the greenhouse, and the possibility that it will be cold. Mind are in the conservatory - which is warmer, but has less light than the greenhouse. I'm thinking about putting the in the greenhouse but bringing them back in if the temperature drops.  I'll pot them on up to 12" pots and then put in the greenhouse soil.  For Growbags I doubt this would be an option, unless you used Ring Culture type pots - that could be on a board whilst being pampered!, and then just remove the board and place on / slightly into the grow bag.

If your greenhouse isn' heated I'd wait until it's warm enough at night for them (even with added fleecy jackets!) as otherwise they'll suffer.

Some of my toms are in the greenhouse already as an experiment, and thriving - about 4" tall. Been in there for a week. I'm ready to fleece/cloche them or bring them back in if it turns cold, but so far so good. My peppers are indoors and still on their first leaves though.

I've actually potted on my Shirleys today in the greenhouse.  I use the black flower pots that you can buy at Morrisons (99p for 8).  I've also put my tumbling toms into hanging baskets (but will keep in the greenhouse until no risk of frost).  My others are still in the conservatory, as I don't have room in the other greenhouse because of other plants which need to be protected from frost.  As soon as they've been moved out, in go the toms.
