Are greenhouse base anchors really necessary? The Greenhouse seems heavy enough without it.

Screwed mine down to the bricks. 8x6. Wouldn't want to risk it in very strong winds.

i cemented my greenhouses (3) on top of breeze blocks laid flat 2 high ,

then cemented the greenhouse base to the breeze blocks with building sand and cement at

 the rate of 4 sand to 1 cement ,

they been in situ for 3 yrs now ,

the wieght of the glass alone should be heavy enough , 

levelled the green house with peices of roof slate ,

1 piece at each corn and in the centers of all 4 sides ,

ABSOLUTELY necessary or you could find it blowing away/ over-- even if you think it is far too heavy, trust me this can happen
