Hi all again...

The vet has given me some Panacur. I've treated them with 10ml, fed directly to them with a lovely syringe. They liked that :-)

So I'm wondering how long it takes for this stuff to work...  And do I need to disinfect their coup? And finally, are any other jobs that i need to do at all after treatment (ie within their run)?

Were you given the panacur for worms ?

One dose should work unless the infection is heavy in which case another dose should be given about a week later.  You must observe an egg withdrawal period of about 2 weeks after the last dose is given. 

If it is for worms most of us generally use flubenvet as there is no egg withdrawal period with that.

Good hygiene should be observed both within the house and in the run.  If you think the run could be contaminated with worm eggs give it a dig over with a good sprinkling of lime to turn the surface dirt down.
