currently using Levington seed compost for cauli's and sprouts.....When the time comes to pot on what does everyone use ....John innes no2 ?? no3 ??....Thanks in advance for any replies

Hi Lenny I've just done mine today, they've gone into ordinary Multi purp compost.

Same as richyrich7, did mine on Wednesday, into multi purpose with a little added lime as they will finally be planted in a new lottie (for me)  and I've no idea what was planted there before hand.

multi purpose all the way for me too and I've never had a problem

we buy cheap compost , add a 1/4 soil and add 1 bucket sharp sand then add 4 litres perlite , works well for us up in wildest hull east yorkshire,

Hi, 50 50 soil and multi compost is fine if you need a bit more body, and cheaper.
