Well I know it's only a meal or two but this has kept me amused untill I can get out into the garden.
I was given an oyster mushroom book recycler for Christmas and set it off about the 29th.
You soak a paperback in water and then innoculate it with the spore, let it turn the book white and then pop it in the fridge for 2 days. About a week later this is the result...

Be like a duck. Calm on the surface but always paddling like the dickens underneath.
