Well the tenancy agreement came back today ... so I am now officially one of the Chobham Poor and can grow vegetables (but not have a shed) on land set aside for the poor of the Parish of Chobham & West End by Lord Onslow in 1860 something.

A dry day and a pile of pallets awaits me  8)
