already had those as a gift from a friend last year. they've been prolific this year but I'm not all that keen on them :roll:

One of my Fav fruits love 'em I have 2 plants that came with my plot and they are lovely some how the fruit never gets home

no got them from Keepers Nursery's online store. They won't be delivered for a while yet but will take pics when they are being planted for you all.

I'm going to cordon train the apples and pears so that they don't get out of hand and the cob nuts can be in the far corner nearby. I love picking fresh hazels and eating them there and then.... soooo sweet and juicy!

Had to stop myself though because they came to £88 inc postage for all 5 trees but I could have bought more if I had the space and money!

It's also against my allotment tennancy to plant trees which is such a shame as i would love a plum and a damson tree!

It's against my tenancy agreement to plant "raspberry trees" or any fruit tree. Stupid rule, as the Allotment Act was drawn up specifically for people to grow fruit and veg.

I grow fruit on mine as does everyone else

Step-over fruit is low growing so wouldn't upset anyone

CQ, you should be able to get away with raspberries as technically they are a shrub, not a tree, same with currants and blueberries. A tree is defined by a main trunk, which none of these have.
