I have a pumkin est wgt 70lb.
when I cut it at end of Octber. I want to due curries and pies etc.
My question is can I freeze it. If so which is the best way.

I usually roast mine first with some olive oil and freeze it when it's cool.  8)

Cor 70lb's? You rotten sod. I've still got golf balls thanks to attack of the chooks on the plant.

Like roasted pumpkin? It's so much better than potato/sweet potato
