" of our lots of perches are staggered, but the birds seem to prefer the higher ones, even so, they don't fight for top position, just  shove someone else off the end if they want to go higher.  They are free standing, and its a bit like the rhyme, there were 10 in the bed and the little one said rollover!!!!!!!!
