Butter Making

Can anyone help me out please!

Some time ago I read some instructions for making butter from cream which John (or Val) bought when reduced in the supermarket.
Well, I have bought my reduced cream, but now I can't find the instructions!
If you put 'butter' into the search you get lots of entries!!

I usually use cheap cream to make icecream but I fancy having a go at that. Thanks.
