Yes. However the one in the foreground I "Aquired" the timbers as the previous tenant left them.

These are 4x3" beams (taken from an old beamed ceiling I would guess). All of my beds are 8' long and 4' wide. I'm happy with this, it's not too long to walk around, and not too wide to lean across.
I managed to scrounge the rest off a building site. 4x2"'s mostly. I positioned them on the ground, and screwed together with a couple of 3" screws in each corner. werks for me!

Tip: Don't make your paths too narrow! you want to leave enough space to get yer barrow down to the beds - don't forget

Sorry I don't have any images other than above.
You will need a Power drill/driver, and a Spirit Level, and some 3" woodscrews.
Just level your ground, and lay one long side into position. Then lay one short piece next to it. (Pre- Drill some holes through the ends of the longer pieces, it'll make it easier to screw) Then screw together with 3" screws. (or you could use a metal strap?)
Then, use a spirit level to ensure its all nice and flat and position the other long piece, and repeat above.
Lastly, fix the short one, and back fill it with soil. Sorted!

I just make lazy/no-dig beds

Much easier and NO hardware or special skill required

Heres a PDF (2mb download) I've just knocked a scale one up with some off cuts. But it really isn't rocket science !

Once its built just chuck it on the ground and level it off.
