CAN ANYONE TELL ME IF IT IS SAFE TO EAT THE LEAVES OF THE SPROUT PLANTS.  SEMMS A SHAME FOR ALL THAT LOVELY LEAF TO GO TO WASTE, THE SAME WITH THE BROCKLI AND CAULI ALL THEM NICE LEAVES GOING TO WASTE.
I AM NEW TO THIS GAME BUT I NEEDED TO DO SOMETHING OR I WOULD GO STIR CRAZY SITTING IN THE HOUSE.
ANYONE HELP

course it is wobbly, sprout tops are a fave of ours once the sprouts have finished, tossed in butter lightly fried, scrummy.

Thanks for the info aidy but i was on about the outer leaves the ones that look like the cabbage or the cauli do you follow what i mean??

If it helps : We eat the leaves off our broccoli, we kind of treat it like cabbage leaves when cooking.

We've never grown caulis so I'm clueless
