Wow! Given how fluffy my sleek (aledgedly) ducks go when blow dried I would love to see a silky. Would you not just end up with a pom pom!
Be like a duck. Calm on the surface but always paddling like the dickens underneath.

Yes, Lucy just sat there like a lady when I had to blow dry her (although it was Feb so maybe she was a bit more apprieciative of being warmed up and fluffed up). Matilda did not take it at all well. I have little bruises on my arms where she grabbed hold and shoke! Thank goodness ducks are really not designed for attack!

Ducks AREN'T designed for attack?

I beg to differ after having breadcrumbs thrown over me on the Chester canal side near the bridge.  Swans too... the * attack like hell.

Are you a man or a mouse!!! Ducks!!! Attack!!! They might get a bit excitable but have to give you swans can be big, mean, scary birds.
