That's the best bit finding them big juicy worms, did you know there are certain worms they just wont eat   :lol:

But no what you mean checkin their little tootsies aren't under the spade can be a problem :D

Gardening lime - should i do this to my run before i try to re-seed it?


Assuming you keep them off while the grass grows, yes I would lime beforehand. As far as I know, grass would be happier on an alkaline soil but that's only guess work. The poo will acidify which prevents the useful bacteria from doing their job. I think. The lime will raise the pH and allow teh nutrients to be used. That could all be complete fantasy, but on my planet, it makes sense.  :roll:
