Hi last winter i planted a bed of field beans as green manure but never got around to digging them in. Now i'm feeding my hens on the leaves and pods and drying the beans(1000s of them)
Now the question how best to feed the beans this winter.
Would the beans be to large whole(aprox 12x8mm oval) if not i was thinking of mixing them with my mixed corn.
