What eats carrot tops?

So what eats carrot tops?

I'm growing carrots in tubs 'cause I can't grow them in the ground but in one tub the foliage is being eaten. This has been happening for a bit and some of the ones that were first got are happily producing new foliage but what's eating them?

Glad it's not just here that we have disappearing carrots syndrome. I think I've got about 6 left (well there were when I came in for tea)
