Potato Buds Dropping
« on: June 27, 2008, 16:33 »
Hi,

I just wondered if this was normal??? My potatoes look healthy and all seems ok. A few week ago i noticed that they were budding, and that these buds were just falling off and not flowering.

The variety is King Edward.

A lot of spuds do this and it's nothing to worry about.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

A lot of varieties don't bear berries, you might find it being one of those.
