Lets see if I can get this right??? Here are some photos of the new girls. My nieces took these into school because their teacher wants to raise awareness of battery hens and record their recovery so we got some photos of when they arrived at the animal shelter and I took some photos then when they get thier feathers back she wants to get some more photos. I have already had several of their friends round to see them.

It's good to get the school involved, it might encourage kids to ask their parents not to buy battery eggs and intensively reared chicken!
