wohooooo baby chicks at last

i was getting ready to go buy day olds and try to convince*mum* her eggs had hatched as they were due to hatch last weekend through to wednesday.
1 hatched yesterday morning, omg the neighbours must have thought i had lost it :oops: i was walking around the field shouting to the ponies and other chooks *wayhay i got a baby* then this morning i have had another hatch the one i really really wanted to hatch, my green egg

another egg had pipped just a little so hoping that will be out later too.
so far out of the 11 eggs 2 were chucked as dead ( i dread doing that in case ive got it wrong) :? (they were tho) 1 little black n yellow chick bare legs :shock: the green egg produced what looks like its gonna be either yellow or orange colour chick with bre legs and the other well gotta wait n see.on wednseday there was still no sign of life lol so im really chuffed ive told *mum* how clever she is and given her some corn

had to dash to feed store to get chick crumbs as all hope was fading looks like i'll be back for more in a few days.
will post pics later as lost camara using phone and cant bluetooth them on to pc hmmmm gonna send them hubby n he can bluetooth them to pc lol.

2nd one to hatch, this came out of a green egg!!!

both together.

the 3rd egg that pipped this morning wasnt hatched last time i looked am hoping it will be out by the morning. no sighns of life from the rest yet :?
