went on the plot today to find 80% of my runner beans eaten by rabbits.they are a big nuisance up our end but what i want to know is when they are eaten with just stem showing and no growing shoots , will they come again.

If they have eaten them back to just the stem and there's no leaf joints/ growing tips then nope sorry  :( the good news is its not too late to start again.  :)

this happened to our  beans last year,its more than annoying !! this year we're going to try to protect as much as possible .Once they start to climb the supports and the growing tip is out of Rabbits reach they should be OK.
