morning all, well i have done the dig and weeding, went down 8 inches and soil is great, horse manure put on top last night so, my question is , what next.
i am hoping to plant this weekend.

you could get some brassicas planted in it, firmly.  Strawberries like manured ground as do beans, sweetcorn and the curcubits (plants that is not seeds - not in manured ground cos too strong)  Tomatoes will benefit from the dung too

Sounds obvious but grow what you eat most of     I'd get some fruit bushes in, eg red, white, blackcurrants, dessert gooseberries, raspberries, blueberries as they're all expensive in the shops but easy to grow your own, and delicious  

Spuds can be planted in manurey ground so you still have time to get some in. I planted my maincrops on Monday
