Impressed with Suttons

I ordered a strawberry planter and strawberry plants from Suttons at the beginnng of April. They sent me a letter within a couple of days saying it would be delivered in early May. It arrived on Friday with a note saying they were sorry for the delay and had included some free plants to make up for it. I got 21 mini dahlia plants.

I don't really think the 16th was that late when they had said early May and was very impressed with their customer service. They will be getting my custom again unlike T&M who I won't touch with a barge pole.

Sounds very nice and caring. 8)

I'm quite peeved with T&M right now, just about to write them a letter that they won't put up for show.

My Mum has ordered several plants from QVC who's main suppliers are T&M.

The plants are sent direct from T&M and often arrive in a bad condition (often not helped by Royal Mail who will not leave plants on the doorstep even though QVC say they do not need a signature which means an extra day or 2 before they are rescued from the mail depot!) They seem to spend forever in transit!

My Mum is going to write a letter of complaint to QVC and T&M.

I think many of us on here will not be ordering our seed potatoes from T&M again. Took ages to arrive but that was at the beginning of the year.
