My friend has a white leghorn that acts like a cockerel. It lays eggs. It pecks all the other hens witch have bald marks on their necks. He separated it from the flock for a day and put it back in but acts the same. Also it crows like a cockerel to.
Any advice

sounds like she's playing top chook, give her a good strong cuddle on a regular basis, to show here she's not.
purple spray the other chooks necks. may help prevent the pecking, and clear up any sore spots
