Hi, I am  newby to this site and keeping chickens, I have 3 lovely hens, but the youngest is only about 5 1/2 months old, she has stopped laying and appears very sick, she is not eating but contantly drinking and then being sick.I cannot feel any eggs stuck inside her, I have tried sitting her in warm water for 20 mins and giving her calcium but no improvement.Any ideas please.... :cry:

Can't offer any practical help I'm afraid but just to get a bit more info.

Has she been wormed recently ?

Can you tell if she has a temperature ?
You have to feel under her wing, where it joins her body and compare to one of your others.

If she's drinking and being sick feel her crop - the bit on her chest just below her neck - If it feels hard or squishy she may have  crop problem.

Check it in the morning before she has eaten or drunk anything
