i just wanted something that could be classed as all weather for them, theres a wind-break sheat ive put onto wire tracks so i can put that down if needed also works to stop it getting to cold or hot in there.

they are still chasing little miss peking this morning  ive opened the inside house door so she cant shut herself away all day, we can see her but she can still go and hide if she wants to!

she cant be very old i dont think, just hope they sort it out as dont want to have to get rid of any of them but the wyandottes seam quite highly strung!!
2 allotments, long standing back problem, am i mad?

I've got my suitcase packed. Don't need anything fancy.
Hopefully the smell won't be too bad but if it is, I'll just have to have a shower.

That has to be the ultimate hen hilton. Can you let them out onto the garden ?

I see they've managed to fill the feeder with wood shavings already. If you raise it on bricks or similar, up to their shoulder(?) height it should avoid most of that.

have you compared to Aunt Sally's poo descriptions on the Poultry info pages ?

Quite often it's normal so don't panic like I usually do !

The eggs will come and go for a bit til they settle I should think.

Fantastic house, and gorgeous hens, enjoy them  :D  How long have you been out watching them?  Time goes so quickly when you have chickens :D
